SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Outage
Resolved - Twilio (our SMS gateway provider) has reported that all services have recovered and are operating as intended. SMS and WhatsApp messages are functioning normally. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - Twilio (our SMS gateway provider) has reported that outgoing SMS and WhatsApp messages should be functioning normally again. They are continuing to monitor this outage to make sure functionality has been restored fully. We will continue to monitor their updates.

Identified - Hi There! Twilio (our SMS gateway provider) has notified us of an issue where some outgoing SMS and WhatsApp messages are currently not sending. Their engineering team is currently working on this issue. We are monitoring their status updates and will provide more information as we are notified.
